caribestar is a pretty and harmonious village. The essential base of this harmony is given by the style and the colours of villas.

To answer all the needs that you can have, we propose you a framework of several models of different size and conception.
On this base, you can then complete your house by respecting the style of the village or to modify the inside and some materiaux to your conveniance.

Common features.

• The constructions are of type traditional, on underfloor space, strong walls in blocs, roof in armed concreate .
• The use of local materials but quality (infrastructures, joiner's workshops, stone floors, etc....) their cost raisonable explains.
• Equipments are by mainly imported modern and comfortable component.
• Covered and flowery terraces allowing to live in the open air in any intimacy.
• All the doors and the windows are provided with mosquito nets.
• Fans are fixed to the ceiling, the completely ordered kitchens.
• Television,  telephone and even a second grip for internet are foreseen.

Optional components

To satisfy you and answer in maximum of your needs, we opted for a " evolutionary conception " which will allow to each, from a basic model, to create its own plan if need and to possess the house of its dreams.

Several options allowing to personalize the house are possible:
